If a Middle School child wants to become a hospital administrator, that child should be taught all the job roles of a hospital administrator in the Middle School. That child should be taught an introduction into Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Administration of Public Health Systems, Administration of Hospitals, Administration of Hospital Networks in Primary Sectors, Administration of Hospital Networks in Secondary Sectors, and Administration of Hospital Networks in Tertiary Sectors. The middle school child interested in becoming a hospital administrator must also be taught team leadership, organizational awareness, communication skills, financial skills, collaboration, accountability, talent development, self-confidence, change leadership, strategic orientation, achievement orientation, professionalism, collaboration, and impact and influence. In High School the school child interested to become a hospital administrator should learn about the history of hospitals, origin of hospitals, growth and development of hospitals, establishment of hospitals in America and in all over the world. The High School child interested in becoming a hospital administrator, has to study in great detail about how each hospital is run in each country all over the world. The High School child interested in becoming a hospital administrator must also compare how each hospital is run in each country all over the world. The High School child interested in becoming a hospital administrator, once he graduates High School, he must go to the College of Hospital Administration to gain hands-on experience and training from different hospitals from all over the world (he should pick and choose which hospitals he wants to gain training and hands-on experience in). Once he graduates from the College of Hospital Administration (at the age of 20), he should immediately start his career as a Hospital Administrator in a Hospital.
