Schools of Today vs Schools of Tomorrow
Schools of today focus on wrote learning and a long educational path for a career at the beginning of the ladder. Children should create more hands-on projects such as creating 3D models of Villages, Towns and Cities. Reduce wrote learning and increase creative projects that test the child’s ingenuity and creativity.
Create quizzes, tests and exams on printed paper and have all quizzes, tests and exams filled out with a pencil or pen on paper only. No computers, phones or any other electrical devices should be used for these testing periods, including calculators. Quizzes, Tests and Exams should be focused mainly on testing the theory of the subject and not consist of unnecessarily hard questions. Teachers should not pick on students.
The basis of a school should be reevaluated, why schools were created should be relooked at. Schools were created with the sole purpose of preparing students for their life and their future occupation and career. By the age of 5 a child should be proficient in reading and writing and start being exposed to every career path available and life lessons. Schools should expose children from the age of 5 to fields such as:

Children should learn these topics from ages 5 to 12 and from 12 to 15 choose the fields they are interested in for further studies. From the ages 16 to 20 they should have training and gain hands-on experience in their fields of interest so that at the age of 21 each person can start their careers in their fields of interest.
